My Story

Hello!

Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I can’t recall a time when I wasn’t drawing, painting, or finding some way to be creative. I’m incredibly grateful to my parents for encouraging that creativity and supporting my journey toward becoming an artist. I feel truly blessed to be doing the very thing I dreamed of as a child.

I earned my B.S. in Fine Art from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1997, the same year I established my business, Spear Huff-Studio. For nearly three decades, I’ve had the joy of making art professionally and working with clients and interior designers to create custom paintings and murals.

My favorite subjects to paint are children, animals, and landscapes—subjects that continually inspire me with their beauty, character, and stories. I also offer live wedding painting, creating a one-of-a-kind work of art during a couple’s special day.

I work from my studio in Sheridan, Indiana, which is also home to my husband, daughter, and our cat, Banksy. I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to make a living doing what I love and to share that love of art with others.
